The Quality Control Department of the Company “Mollificio Valli srl” has recently been equipped with a new machine for the dimensional measurement by Keyence images. It is the IM-6225 model which allows to measure in few seconds also more pieces at the same time reducing in such a way the control times.

It is easy to use and to program; in order to complete its peculiarities we list its capacity to exploit the coaxial and annular light (divided into areas), a second camera for high precision measurements and the possibility to control particularly long pieces by the lateral movement of the measure plane.
