Automotive
We are a partner in co‑design—from prototyping to mass production / serial production—of components compliant with IATF standards, including:
- Steering column safety devices, developed in close collaboration with the customer, with the ability to supply test prototypes within 48 hours;
- Springs for pumps dedicated to fluid movement, with specialized operations such as hot setting and automatic grinding to ensure flatness and consistent performance;
- Complex automotive components and systems, which we can subject to in‑house fatigue testing to enhance reliability and compliance with the required quality standards.
Home appliance
We manufacture springs and stamped components for coffee machines, major white and brown goods, and everyday electrical devices, with particular attention to food‑contact compliance in accordance with MOCA standards.
We provide material management and traceability, along with cleaning cycles including washing and ultrasonic cleaning.
In addition, for steam irons, we produce cable supports in metal or co‑moulded plastic.
Taps and valves
Located in the heart of the Novara taps and valves district, the company has long supplied wire springs, elastic stamped parts, handles for ball valves, and fastening brackets to the sector’s leading brands. Today, we are an internationally recognized technical partner in the valves and fittings industry.
Electromechanical
We produce elastic stamped parts in a variety of materials, including conductive solutions, intended for integration into electromechanical components. Our department is equipped to support complex plastic‑to‑metal stamping projects, ensuring precision and production continuity.
Electrotechnics
We collaborate with medical‑sector companies by supplying small‑sized metal components for devices and technical equipment. We operate to high quality standards, with particular attention to materials, technical cleanliness, and full process traceability.
Cosmetics
We supply weights for perfume, lipstick, and cream containers, typically housed in the cap.
We also manufacture aerosol dispenser springs with wire diameters starting from 0.1 mm: they ensure consistent dosing function, resistance to complex chemical formulations, and high dimensional accuracy.
