CNC Vision measuring machine QS 250Z

This system QS 250Z is a vision measuring system which uses a highly sensitive color CCD camera to video images which have been enlarged by an optical system. The edges are sensed through a sophisticated image processing algorithm in order to measure the dimensions of the part without contacting it.
