Mollificio Valli has recently endowed itself of an SCR Microstudio machine; the machine is able to test 100% and automatically the dimensional measures of springs and nuts and bolts.
The discrimination of the conformity of the tested components is carried out automatically by a sorter which is directly connected with the machine.

The identification of the position and of the direction of the piece is made automatically by a software already included on the LED 2Ds. It also allows a high flexibility of programming and a selection speed.

The loading of the pieces can be carried out directly in outgoing from a grinding machine, from a bending machine or from some another systems of automatic feed.

It also can  carry out the outgoing selection from the grinding system after passing through a bender or when assisted by a feeder.
