Both accuracy and repeatability of the axis movement has been significantly increased by the mean of high resolution digital transducers that even allow us to program the machine using amicron<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0as\u00a0the measure unit.<\/p>\n

The industrial-grade onboard PC has a large LCD touchscreen that allows the operator to safely monitor the production parameters\u00a0while\u00a0relying on\u00a0the integrated\u00a0UPS<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0facility. Backup management and\u00a0LAN<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0connectivity are handled by dedicated\u00a0USB<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0standard ports and network card.<\/p>\n

Simplex Rapid’s\u00a0groundbreaking\u00a0Motion Control<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0technology is one of the main features of this innovative compression spring manufacturing machine.
